In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain a Player Account on kera03, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. kera03 operates a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. You represent and warrant that your access to and use of the Platform is not prohibited or restricted by the laws of any jurisdiction applicable to you.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under any legal disability, guardianship order, or other restriction that limits your capacity to contract.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Player Account on kera03. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or a false identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the kera03 Platform or any other gambling platform where your exclusion is recognized by kera03.

When registering a Player Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes. The registration process requires, at minimum:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid and active email address that you own and have exclusive access to.
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number.
• Your date of birth.
• A secure password of your own choosing, which must not be shared with any third party.

kera03 reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close any Player Account at its sole discretion, without being required to give reasons, subject to the return of any legitimate Wallet Balance after applicable compliance checks have been completed.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Player Account. If you believe that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify kera03 immediately at [email protected]. kera03 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

kera03 is committed to operating in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming regulations. As part of this commitment, kera03 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification will be required:

• Upon your first withdrawal request, regardless of amount.
• Whenever your cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed thresholds set by kera03's internal compliance team.
• Whenever kera03's compliance systems flag unusual account activity for review.
• At any other time kera03 reasonably determines that verification is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

Acceptable KYC documentation includes, but is not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (KTP), passport, or driver's license — the document must be valid and clearly display your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, clearly showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, confirming that the account belongs to you.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. kera03 may suspend a Player Account pending KYC review without incurring any liability for consequential losses.

kera03 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following deposit methods are supported:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on kera03:

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned, subject to applicable processing fees.
• kera03 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which kera03 accepts no responsibility.
• Funds are credited to your Wallet Balance upon confirmed receipt. Bank transfer credits are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). E-wallet deposits are generally credited instantly.
• kera03 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate source or that is flagged by our AML monitoring systems.

Players may request withdrawals of their available Wallet Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and the completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 4.

• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless kera03's compliance team approves an alternative method following satisfactory documentation review.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the withdrawal section of your Player Account dashboard and may be updated periodically.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 30 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and 30 minutes to 3 business hours for bank transfers, during normal operating hours (WIB). Processing times may be extended during peak periods, Indonesian public holidays, or when additional compliance review is required.
• Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money funds and fully unlocked bonus funds constitute withdrawable balance.
• kera03 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether prior verification has been completed.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation, kera03 may freeze withdrawal access pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such action in writing to their registered email address.

kera03 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the point of offer, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering (turnover) requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in the offer terms at the time the bonus is presented.
• Validity Period: Bonus Funds and any associated free spins or credits expire within the period stated in the offer terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets, casino table games, live dealer games, and slot titles may contribute at different rates as specified in each promotion's terms.

• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real-money credits except through the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.

The following general betting rules apply across all product verticals on the kera03 Platform. Specific rules for individual sports markets, casino games, and togel draws are published within the relevant game or market pages.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. kera03 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted.
• In the event of a technical error or manifest pricing mistake, kera03 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet Balance.
• Odds and prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled bet.
• For live (in-play) betting markets, bets placed during a verified delay between live events and data feeds may be voided at kera03's discretion.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full payout to be awarded. Void selections within a parlay reduce the accumulator leg count according to standard parlay rules disclosed in the sportsbook section.
• kera03 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market at any time, including imposing individual account stake limits where warranted by risk management requirements.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the kera03 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your Player Account, forfeiture of your Wallet Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to deceive kera03 through the use of false identity documents, stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or misrepresentation of personal information.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live dealer games, or exploit multiplayer game mechanics for unfair advantage.
• Automated Software: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting system to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard human users.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, exploiting wagering requirement loopholes, or any other systematic manipulation of the Platform's promotional offerings.
• Money Laundering: Using kera03 as a vehicle for the placement, layering, or integration of funds derived from criminal activity. kera03 reports suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with its AML obligations.
• Underage Access: Registering or attempting to register as a Player if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly facilitating the registration of an underage individual.

All content on the kera03 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of kera03 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorization from kera03.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used to operate the Platform.
• Use any kera03 brand assets, including the logo or brand name, in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kera03 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Interruptions in service caused by maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond kera03's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Inaccuracies in odds, game results, or promotional information caused by technical errors, provided that kera03 takes reasonable corrective action upon becoming aware of any such error.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Player Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

In no event shall kera03's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the amount of the Player's Wallet Balance at the time the relevant claim arises. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by kera03 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a Player Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

• Session Time Limits: Define maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
